        Hello, I'm Todd Hansell, founder of CandidPros.com and a veteran of the recruiting industry with over 25 years of experience.
        Throughout my career, I've worn many hats - recruiter, account manager, sales and recruiting manager, branch director, and corporate recruiter. This journey has given me a 360-degree view of the recruitment process, and while I'm grateful for the opportunities this career has provided, I've also seen its flaws.
        For too long, I've watched candidates being treated like commodities, left in the dark about their applications, and subjected to pushy tactics. I've seen how the traditional model can lead to candidates being undervalued and underserved.
        Seven years ago, I had an idea to fix this broken system, I had an idea that sparked a journey of innovation in the recruitment industry. This initial concept has since evolved and expanded, leading to the development of two groundbreaking processes: ResumeGPS workflow and the CredEx rating system. Now, with CandidPros.com, that idea is becoming a reality.
        Our mission is to create transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the recruitment process. We're building an "Open Platform VMS" that serves agency recruiters, freelancers, HR professionals, and corporate recruiters alike. Our system will automate communication, track application progress in real-time, and hold all parties accountable for their roles in the hiring process.
        We believe in empowering candidates with information, supporting ethical recruiters with tools to excel, and providing hiring companies with valuable insights into their recruitment performance.
